Visitors to this lovely coastal region should not miss a visit to Cromer, famous for its delicious crabs and seasonal end of pier shows, or to the charming historic market towns of Holt and North Walsham. A trip to the medieval city of Norwich, with is cathedral, castle museum, galleries, cinemas, theatres and excellent shopping, affords a great day out as does Wroxham, the bustling ‘capital’ of the Norfolk Broads where visitors will find boats for hire and river trips as well as a steam railway. Shop and pub 500 yards.

A lovely, well equipped cottage, a warm welcome everytime from the owners, close to the beach, a lovely Pub in the village, a perfect base for the whole of Norfolk.

Happisburgh was a lovely place to stay. Forge Cottage was one of the finest cottages we have ever been to. The surroundings of Happisburgh are great. Seaside and nature are an adventure. It's a great destination to explore all interesting places in Norfolk. The cottage was cosy and very comfortable and very close to the beach.
The Norfolk people are so kind and helpful. We surely will come back. We will recommend the cottage to our friends.

The coastline is the major attraction here, with miles of sandy beaches stretching from historic King’s Lynn all the way round to Great Yarmouth, famous for its Golden Mile and multitude of seaside attractions and entertainments. Cromer (noted for its crabs and pier), Sheringham and Hunstanton are also firm family favourites. If you prefer something quieter during your stay in one of our holiday cottages in Norfolk, try the North Norfolk Coast, a designated Area of Natural Beauty and a haven for walkers and birdwatchers. Venture inland and you’ll discover a gently rolling landscape dotted with flint cottages and ancient churches.
The county town of Norwich is one of England’s best-preserved cities and is a joy to wander around. Don’t miss a visit to the magnificent cathedral towering above the surrounding medieval streets. East of the city lie the Norfolk Broads, a vast expanse of interconnected lakes and waterways which has long been a firm favourite with sailors. Hire a boat for a day to see them at their best. Less
well-known are the mysterious Brecks, a wilderness area of heaths and forests and one of the least-populated parts of the country.
